CKC Properties has come a long way from where it began in 2012 – a 120 square foot home office. After completion of Sanctuary Court in late 2018, CKC has moved into the 1,500 square foot office space located in the 1st floor of 124 Spring Street.
CKC Construction upfitted the office space with large 9’ x 5’ windows surrounding the east and south elevations to allow an abundance of natural light. The interior finishes consist of Carrera tile, Driftwood floors, Carrera counter tops, contemporary 8’ Douglas Fir doors and exposed spiral ductwork painted in our own “CKC” green. These design feature created a clean, modern look which CKC has become known for through the firm’s past developments.
The office space also includes a full 8-camera security system, central audio/speaker system and custom-milled reception area and conference room tables incorporating the “CKC” Logo in a contrasting wood in-lay and an outdoor “Loggia” seating area.
Although this is a large space for our current needs, it has been designed to accommodate our company growth as we move into an exciting future! We are working to fill the space with 1 or 2 additional team members to assist with the management of the CKC Hospitality/VRBO portfolio in 2019.
The new office space serves as the hub for CKC Properties leasing, management and development services; CKC Hospitality’s Host Reception Area for the surrounding 80-bed vacation rental portfolio and a planning center for CKC Construction’s future projects.
