Kyle Schlicke

Project Manager

Born and raised in Hopkinton, Massachusetts, Kyle made the move to Charleston in 2017 to attend the College of Charleston and study finance. After just a short time in our beautiful city, Kyle found himself completely enamored with Charleston’s beautiful historic architecture and all that the city had to offer. This, combined with the growing real estate market, drove him to change his major to Commercial Real Estate and pursue a career in Development and Management.

Originally joining the CKC Team as an intern, Kyle’s “can-do” attitude and work ethic led to him being offered a full-time position on CKC’s Construction Team as an Assistant Project Manager.
Kyle’s interest in the construction process and watching how buildings come together enabled him to thrive in his role and he was quickly promoted to Project Manager overseeing the day-to-day tasks and scheduling of our most complicated urban projects.

Maintaining a keen eye for attention to detail, Kyle has vastly improved the quality of our construction projects. He is excited to utilize his skill set and be a pivotal contributor of our construction team as we venture into larger scale projects.
