With roots in Kingston, New York, Justin settled in Charleston, South Carolina in 2015 to attend the College of Charleston. During his time at the College he fell in love with the city and all that it had to offer. His interest in hospitality was born here – where he realized that the booming Charleston hospitality industry presented immense opportunities for his future.

Prior to joining the CKC team, his career began at Kiawah Island Resort, a distinguished 5-diamond resort, where he learned how to deliver an unparalleled guest experience. This experience underscored the significance of meticulous property upkeep and delivering a memorable stay to every guest. Following his time at Kiawah he managed 30 homes in the greater Charleston area – from Folly Beach to Isle of Palms. During that time he sharpened his expertise in property management, guest satisfaction, and learned how to build quality relationships with homeowners – fostering trust and confidence.

In 2023, he joined the CKC team. He looks forward to the opportunity to learn from the CKC team and expand his knowledge of vacation rental market trends in order to maximize our homeowners’ return on investment while ensuring that the guest experience remains exceptional
